Itinerary:

Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Ouarzazate

Our 5-day tour from Marrakech starts early by picking you up from your hotel or the airport in Marrakech, then heading straight to Ouarzazate. You will cross the Tizi-N-Tichka pass through the splendid High Atlas Mountains with some sightseeing opportunities. First, you will spend some time in Ait-Ben-Haddou Kasbah, an amazing fortified village that is a UNESCO site and was filmed in Gladiator, The Mummy and many other studios. Next, amble through this well-defended village, proceeding to Ouarzazate for an authentic Berber dinner and accommodation.

Day 2: Ouarzazate – Agdz – Draa Valley – Merzouga Desert – Camel Trekking

From the moment you order breakfast, spend your morning sightseeing around Ouarzazate. You will be visiting the Atlas Studios, where many films were filmed,d and the ancient Taourirt Kasbah. The next leg of the journey takes the visitor from Ouarzazate to the source of the Draa Valley, ey which is Morocco’s longest river and carved between a series of palm groves and Berber villages. Picking a lunch spot is Nkob or Alnif, and after that, you will drive in the direction of Merzouga. After arrival, it is then transferred for 1 hour on camels and crossing into the Erg Chebbi dunes. Before nightfall,s you will climb a dune for the majestic view as the sun sets. The day is closed with their night in a genuine luxury desert camp, listening to Berber music together with watching stars around the fire.

Day 3: Explore Merzouga – Nomads – Khamlia – Back to Merzouga

For the third day of our 5-day tour from Marrakech, we get up early in the morning to be able to enjoy the sunrise in the desert. After breakfast, get back to Merzouga on the camel, and you will find your driver waiting for you. Today is set aside to visit the amazing things in and around Merzouga. Day 4: Merzouga – Rissani – Erfoud – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley

Breakfast, then depart the desert and drive to Rissani, the old capital of Tafilalet, where you will visit the souk. After that, proceed to a fossil workshop at Erfou,d then through the palm groves of the town of Touroug and Tinjdad. You will get to Todra Gorges, a combination of the Todra River that has formed a gorge with high cliffs. Explore the towering, red walls perfect for climbing and breathtaking views. Charge and explore the tower’s red walls that make the best climbs for a vantage view. Lunch, following which we proceed to Boumalne Dades and on the way visit the craze “Monkey Fingers” rocks and an impressive viewpoint of the Dades Valley. The day comes to an end with dinner and a night at a hotel.

Day 5: Dades Valley – Rose Valley – Skoura – Amridil Kasbah – Marrakech

On the last day of the tour, drive through the Rose Valley trail, which attracts many visitors during the Rose Festival held in May. During your shopping, you will visit the stores that sell different perfumery and cosmetics with a rose base. Then head further along the Skoura palm groves, and get to the Amridil Kasbah, which is an ancient fortress located amidst palm trees. In the afternoon and after the visit and lunch in Ouarzazat,e youwill returnk to Marrakech via the High Atlas Mountains and the Tizi-N-Tichka pass.
