Free Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival.
Cancellation Charges
- More than 15 days before arrival: Full refund (excluding payment processing fees).
- 8–14 days before arrival: Deposit is non-refundable.
- 7 days or less before arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
- Once your booking is confirmed, your agreed price will not change.
No Shows
We only share information required for your reservation and to ensure a smooth travel experience.
- No-shows
- Late arrivals
- Unused accommodation
- Missed activities
- Early departure
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment
method.
Payment provider fees are non-refundable.
TOUR CHANGES
Guests may request changes before departure.
We will always try to accommodate requests depending on availability

seriously disrupts the trip or endangers others.This helps us provide the best possible service.

We are not responsible for:
- Flight delays
- Airline cancellations
- Lost baggage
- Weather conditions

- Theft or personal injury beyond our reasonable control
