Ouarzazate to Merzouga
Start your journey in Ouarzazate, the famous gateway to the Sahara. Visit the Kasbah of Taourirt before heading toward the Dades Valley. Continue through the Valley of Roses to the impressive Todra Gorge. Enjoy a short walk between its tall red cliffs before continuing to Erfoud and Merzouga. Arrive in the afternoon and enjoy a camel ride across the Erg Chebbi dunes. Stop to watch the sunset before reaching your desert camp. Merzouga to Fes
Wake early to watch the Sahara sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, return to Merzouga by camel and meet your driver. Continue to Rissani, known for its traditional souk, then travel through the scenic Ziz Valley toward Midelt. Cross the Middle Atlas Mountains and stop in Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco.” Continue through the cedar forests before arriving in Fes in the evening.
