Itinerary:
Arrival in Tangier – Chefchaouen
Meet your professional guide at your hotel, airport, or port in Tangier. Visit Cape Spartel, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Mediterranean Sea. Then explore the famous Hercules Cave and enjoy free time for lunch. In the afternoon, travel through the scenic Rif Mountains to Chefchaouen, Morocco’s famous Blue City. Enjoy the mountain views and photo stops along the way. Overnight in Chefchaouen.
Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes
After breakfast, explore the charming blue streets of Chefchaouen. Then continue to Volubilis, an ancient Roman city and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discover its impressive ruins, columns, and well-preserved mosaics. Next, visit Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities. Explore Bab Mansour and the historic sites linked to Sultan Moulay Ismail. Explore Merzouga Region
Start the day with the beautiful Sahara sunrise. After breakfast, explore the Merzouga region by 4x4. Visit an old eyeliner mine and meet a local nomadic family in their traditional tent. Enjoy Berber tea and learn about desert life. Continue to Khamlia, a village famous for Gnaoua music. After lunch, visit Merzouga Lake, where seasonal birdlife may appear. Return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley
After breakfast, visit Rissani, the ancient capital of Tafilalet. Explore its traditional souk and experience the local atmosphere. Continue to Erfoud, famous for fossils and fossilized marble. Drive through the palm groves of Touroug and Tinjdad before reaching the spectacular Todra Gorges. Enjoy a walk between the towering cliffs. Dades Valley – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech
