We exit Agadir traveling north along the gorgeous Atlantic coast through vast & beautiful argan tree covered plains on the Souss region. Located in vicinity of the small surfing village of Taghazout that is famous for its laid-back, beach atmosphere, you will experience the spirit of Moroccan coastal area. Moving further, we get to the Sidi Kauki, there you’ll have a chance to take a break on the beautiful and very calm beach. Last but not the least we get to Essaouira a city with Portuguese origins, and here one can see the effervescent of the old medina city of Morocco which hosts the Gnaoua World Music Festival. This day is wrapped up with an accommodation in an adorable riad.
For thid day of your 12 days tour from Agadir, final morning at the riad we go to explore the coastal flair of Essaouira on your own. Exploring the tight Argentine and European styled streets, filled with art galleries, cafes, and historical buildings, you will realize what links this city. We then proceed to Marrakech with a break at the argan oil producing cooperative. Here you will find information about how this valuable oil, which is widely used both in medicine and in cosmetology, is extracted according to classical tradition.
On your arrival to Marrakech, you will be transferred to your riad; depending on the arrival time, you can rest for a while and then head for the cheering Djemaa El Fna square with musicians, storytellers and snake charmers. Today is devoted to discovering the atmosphere of Marrakech, which is one of the most active cities in Morocco. The north-bound travels of today start with a drive to Asilah – a small coastal village once was a part of Portugal. Once you walk along the streets of the whitewashed medina with splendid color murals, you will be reminded of some events in earlier time. Subsequently, we proceed to the blue city of Chefchaouen, with a Stopover at Tetouan a city related with Spanish heritage. Chefchaouen, or the blue city, is next, with its blue walls and lines of houses along the backdrop of mountains. When you get to Chefchaouen, you have nothing to do throughout the day but to tour this beautiful town and take photos. Overnight accommodation will be arranged in one of the Riyads of the city for dinner.

The current Fes tour presents the guests with a view of the Moroccan past and its religious destination. Starting from the Bab Boujloud gate, we enter Fes el Bali, the largest car-accessible old city in the world. As you walk through the souks and narrow alleys, you’ll see sights such as the Dar Batha Museum, Bou Inania Madrasa, and the tanneries. Each has its own ambiance and reflects the unique character of Fes, making the experience highly enjoyable. At the end of the day, return to your riad in the evening to sit, relax, and perhaps recall the day’s experiences.
This day of your 12 days tour from Agadir, we will be leaving Fes we start moving towards the Sahara with a stop on our way at Ifrane. We call it often ‘Morocco’s Switzerland”, Ifrane is a modern alpine town in the middle atlas mountains. Going further, we drive through the stunning Ziz Valley and get to Merzouga, the desert starting point. You will spend the night in the desert whereby one prepares for the next day’sarrow encounter into the natural labyrinth of the sand dunes.
Today offers a chance to explore desert life. Start by visiting a nomadic family to discover their lifestyle. Next, we’ll drive to Khamlia village to watch a performance of Gnawa music, a unique genre of the region.
In the afternoon, we’ll take a camel ride to the impressive Erg Chebbi dunes, where we’ll reach our desert camp before sunset. We’ll end the day with a Berber dinner and music, surrounded by the stars and the silence of the Sahara.
Wake up early enough to capture the beauty of a dawn in the desert then go back to Merzouga. From here we travel to the vicinity of Rissani with the central market and you have an opportunity to see how people live there. Then we travel to the Todra Gorges with its high cliffs and clear water of a river. Rising at sunrise we carry on the journey through Dades Valley to Ouarzazate you spend the night there.
On the final day of our 12-day tour from Agadir, we’ll explore the UNESCO-listed Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, famous for being featured in many movies. Subsequently, we pass by Taliouine, the saffron town with the beautiful scenery. Last, we go back to Agadir and it will end our tour by reaching airport from there.
